We do have tiny bananas. They're called Senorita. Actually we have a variety of bananas in the Phils, like Senorita, Saba, Lakatan, the plantains too, and a few more.

The Tagalog word "Puto" is derived from the Indian word "Puttu" or "Pittu" which is made of steamed cylinders of ground rice layered with coconut shavings, sometimes with a sweet or savory filling on the inside. Filipinos back then probably made it easier for them and spelled the word "Puto" instead; however, they do not associate the word with a person's character and social standing but that of food. Just FYI for everyone! :)

Deena doesn't like the name puto, you can call it rice cake😉 Pandesal-is a soft and airy bread - which is sometimes spelled out as "pan de sal" - is Spanish for "salt bread." However, contrary to its name, the bread is actually relatively sweet and not just salty Halo halo can be requested with less sugar so you can have it less sweet and also nice with lots of milk Squid balls can also be enjoyed with vinegar with salt/soy sauce, onion, chillis/black pepper and garlic to avoid the sweet sauce 😉 I enjoyed watching and happy you enjoyed most of the food 😉❤

Its true we have a vatiety of small bananas called seniorita/lady finger(blog.ediblearrangements.com/different-types-of-bananas/) You can usually buy them in Tagaytay and can be found sold along the roadside fruit stalls.
