It falls under the purview of the minister of Abuja FCT, in conjunction with CCECC of China. Perhaps you be are confusing the Abuja-Kaduna inter city train which Rotimi Amaechi completed as minister of Transport and it included the Idu train station cos the Abuja metro also shares it. For your information both projects began under the Goodluck Jonathan administration...
