We wish you a happy new year and an abundant new growing season in 2024! I've been under immense pressure in the last weeks and this is the first video of the year for reasons i will discuss in greater detail next week when i am making my big announcement. We're just over the 2nd wave of freezing temperatures this winter here in the midlands of Ireland and in this video we will be harvesting some vegetables called Oca & Yacon (perennial with a little help) and we'll be taking some fast growing willow cuttings.
