@@LockChuck I did find two more at the place I got them that are zero bitted but no parts came with them so must need to have the pins already to make your own key for it. I'm going to grab them next time I go back with more cash and he had like almost 20 of the Sergeant locksmith form padlocks so gonna try to get the whole lot.

Thanks they are pretty neat locks that's for sure just something you don't see every day.
