I stand witness to a quid pro quo situation happening at my work and the kind of gaslighting, manipulation that the rest are suffering from the hands of this so called leader, it's just traumatic. Anyone who talks about it, are targeted and terminated. The others have to keep quite. There is also the lady that has put herself and others in this difficult situation. She got promoted, she got her special projects, the visibility all of it at work. The rest are just watching all of this happen. He has support from the higher management. he also surrounds himself with people who are constantly saying "yes" all the time. He is a man-child, narcissistic person who makes women feel uncomfortable with the way he looks at them! The organization did not terminate him inspite of a lady coming out, they infact moved her out of our department and terminated another leader who supported her. This just broke all our hope. Even now, he is continuing to play around and that lady.. well, it is enablers like her that make these kind of men feel that they can get whatever they want.
