It recently occurred to me this is NOTHING MORE than a video game!! What a waste of time especially since I'm not into games...

The graphics are so life like. I thought it was real myself.

YES, I caught it early, so, I wasted no time here. But, the description did read, “ simulation”. That caught my eye.

This isn’t COD. It’s Arma 3. But I know what you mean. That mission was a game changer. Was COD Modern Warfare I believe.

sure looks fake to me. All little white soldiers in same position and dying explosions destroy in same manner. Vidio game to me.

It's circling at high alt and far enough away that nothing this bunch has could range them.Since the program first stsrtec in 1966.....only 1 has ever been shot down.I believe it would have been in the Balkans civil war that the US and us were stupid enough to send boots as part of the UN contingent....we ended up, unknowingly assisting Molosovitch in covering up his attempts to murder an entire small town and bury it....But yes you sure can tell this is a game....And played by people that have no idea how the military operates....it's about as exciting as World of tanks,no strategy,no brains just a boring pissing contest.....If this was real, Most of those shots would not happen.25mm depleted uranium cartridges are very costly,so targets of opportunity would only include troops if necessary or required.Not to mention EVERY soldier is consistently trained on how to fire 3 round bursts,no matter what they are using... including the 25mm Gatling Gun...The Bofors would be a more logical choice.Better ordinance,range and accuracy.

We use those more for shock and awe. They're not as effective as several smaller ordinance dropped in succession. In a situation like the game footage here, it would take so long for the debris to clear it would obstruct the view of new targets.

From one boomer to another: I'm just spit-balling here, but I'm guessing that's probably why we use faster attack and air superiority jets to blow everything that flies out of the sky and disable most, if not all of an enemy's early detection equipment before we send in the AC-130's.

It’s not the game doing it, it’s the player targeting the enemies incorrectly. This is more of a player-related matter than the game.
