This is one of the most underrated tracks from AC/DC's Back In Black album. Hope you like it! (even though I can't sing very well)
NO PART OF THE ORIGINAL SONG WAS USED. Tone comes straight from the guitars, amp, and mics. The solo track was slightly EQ'd to emulate a cabinet with Celestion G12M-25 "greenbacks" (as was used for solos on the BIB album). I am proud to feature The Schaffer Replica by SoloDallas on lead tracks for the first time. It is a recreation of the audio circuitry from a 70's wireless unit that added its own sound to the guitar tone, and was used by Angus Young in the studio.
Equipment used:
-1977 Marshall JMP 2203 Head (with 6550 power tubes)
-1979 Marshall 1960A Cabinet (with original Celestion G12-65's which was the type used for rhythm tracking on the BIB album)
-5 amp variac set at 110v
-The Schaffer Replica tower unit
-Weber Mass 200 Attenuator
-Line6 Relay G55 wireless guitar unit
-Shure SM57 Dynamic Mic
-Sterling Audio SP50 Condenser Mic
-Line6 Pod Studio UX2
-Angus Young Signature Series Gibson SG
-Gibson/Baldwin Signature Series SG
-Line 6 Pod Studio UX2
-Pro Tools 11.0
-Sony Vegas 11.1
-PodFarm 2.5
