Carbon filters (also known as carbon scrubbers) are a must have for any home cultivator wanting to keep their garden under the radar. Today, I review two popular brands by showing you a side by side comparison of the AC Infinity and the iPower 6" carbon filters.
AC Infinity is a brand that I have used for years in the audio world and have continued to support them because of the quality materials, builds and product support. When they decided to enter to Home Cultivation space, I was excited and knew I would be trying those products.
Years ago, I picked up the Cloudline T6 and T4 smart-fans and was pleased the commitment to technology and quality translated to this new division. I've not used a different brand since and don't think I ever will, but what about their carbon filters?
In all fairness, I have been using iPower carbon filters for about 3-4 years, so I have a good estimate of when those need to be replaced and it will be interesting to see how well these two do for me.
