Dude I got stuck on on of these today. It was my first time working with it. What would cause for only the indoor blower to kick on but the outdoor fan would not kick on and the compressors contactor would not kick on. I checked my low voltage call at tstat. I would get 24 between c and r and c and g but only get 14v between c and y. And then 8v at outdoor unit. I can’t find much information on these units so it was really difficult to diagnose. The inside alarm light was solid red and lockout was blank. I saw on the manual you can reset it by holding up and down for 4 seconds but it wouldn’t do anything. Could it have been on because it was around 90 degrees in the room? I have so many questions about these units but can’t find much info on them anywhere.
Sounds like you have a bad thermostat, go to the breaker panel turn the breakers off to all the units connected to that thermostat. Pull the thermostat cover off and then disconnect your low voltage r,y & g And then put them all together under the same wire nut and that’s a direct direct call for cooling if it fires up replace the thermostat if nothing happens let me know and I may have to give you a phone number and talk to you over the phone
@@HvacFl you mind if I get that number in advance bro? I’m heading back out to that job now. And want to have it Incase it doesn’t work. Job is on a solar plant and there’s very little signal sadly.

I’ll reply asap on here so you can erase it when I get it so your number isn’t just sitting on RU-vid lol.
@@gerardoluna7938 turn the breaker off at the unit or turn it off inside the shelter at the electrical panel and then turn it back on go outside and see if the condenser fan motor starts compressor and blower motor
