AC PRESSURE TEMPERATURE CHART, 📈 IS WRONG WAY MORE THEN IT IS RIGHT

I do this every day from morning tonight one time in a whole month did I find one vehicle that matched this chart?
so what do you think the quality of work in the accuracy of people who use this chart to do their diagnosis or refrigerant charging? 🤔

I quit looking at those charts years ago, too many variables. Never had the balls to say they were wrong or lacked in accuracy in public, too many experts like to argue. I like where it says, "Venting is illegal in the US", how about Ranting 🤪

@@hnd2893 yes the are guys who swear they are right. For this last month I have been weighing out the refrigerant to factory specifications compared this chart 📈 to what it reads. Only one one car was dead on. I have been adding only 1/2 refrigerant charges . Then adding 1 or 2 oz refrigerant at a time and have found some cars with match this chart when a little over 1/2 the charge to 3/4 the charge only is in the car. And it will match. Some car the high side pressure actually goes up higher when the refrigerant is low making it match this chart. 📊

Thanks for the video. Quite informative, I've always wondered about those charts. I've been wondering about my 01 S430 Benz a/c performance. It seems to have a real hard time cooling down at idle, but I don't know if this is normal or not. I'm in FL, and if it's 90F and sitting on the sun, best it can do is 65 or 70f. If i drive it, temps at center vent can go down to 40-45f. I've already replaced with new compressor with denso, new txv, and vacuumed and recharged to 33oz. Condenser fan spins and condenser looks clean although those two have never been replaced. Low side is 45psi and high is only 190 at idle. At 2500 rpm I get 30 low and 215 high. Would it make sense to condemn condenser as no longer efficient and replace it?

@@thisisyourcaptainspeaking2259 the pressure remind me of orifice tube pressure only on fixed piston compressor with a old fixed single speed condenser fan. Now most all vehicles are variable displacement, compressors, or variable speed compressors Now most vehicles have either pulsating condenser fans or variable speed, condenser fans make your pressures go up and down continuously with no fixed stable pressure.

Whats the temp of r134a at 27psi? Little low and can freeze the evaporator.

@@elefanny1106 in theory if you’re reading the PT chart if there was no airflow or heat load over the evaporator yes then the evaporator would freeze over if the airflow was low. But if you’re more heat more energy than the refrigerant can absorb specially due to the inefficiency of the temperature of the refrigerant actually loses some of its potential absorption because it has to transfer that heat through the metal . So things aren’t perfect as they appear on a piece of paper.. 📄 Just like when I’m doing some of the very old Mercedes-Benz or Vintage Air kits, the evaporator pressure is 12 psi the temperature coming out of the dash is 37 or 39°F and evaporator never freezes . 🤔
