It’s actually not in chest. He uses a technique called contra, more commonly referred to as fry. It involves using a different part of the voice than that of chest voice. It’s a technique that I myself and rather comfortable with, so feel free to ask for any clarification.

@@evantimnev3061 It's chest, everyone knows Geoff doesn't use Fry for his low notes, very rarely anyway, he just has a powerful chest voice and sometimes I believe he lowers his larynx to give it that rough texture. I do it myself

The vocal range in this was absolutely amazing! The songs were to, and the way they put it all together made me so happy! I love listening to this video for a great medley of Disney villain songs!!!
