The lesson is advanced but explained well, my score result is 100 out of 100 even though that I'm a one month handicapped because of a broken leg. Thanks, Alex!.
When I discover the secret, I will let you know. I'm learning French right now and feel the same way. I think you just have to keep practicing every single day.

Cause and Effects of Climate Change. Climate change is a real problem that has causes and effects. One of the main causes of climate change, as you might know, is deforestation. Deforestation can have a tremendous impact on the ecosystem, such as soil erosion and loss of biodiversity. Likewise, deforestation agriculture is responsible for climate change since it can lead to deforestation to produce food and greenhouse gases. Therefore, it can have the effect of rising temperatures. Last but not list greenhouse gases, CO2 and CFCs, can cause natural disasters. For example, floodings, wildfires, and droughts. To sum up, climate change has effects and some of the causes of it are agriculture, deforestation, and greenhouse gases.
Dear teacher, You should not stay before the blackboard : this makes writing down the examples a difficult task for the student. Please project the phrases above your head .
How should I decide which word should I use because the same sentence can be express either by cause-words or by effect-words like Everyone buys it because it is reasonably priced or It is reasonably priced. Therefore, everyone buys it. What is the difference?
-Air pollution was triggered by a misuse of resources. -The strong wide led to the rapidly spread of the fire -The spread of the disease gave rise to a great amount of deaths -The spread of the fire was responsible for the generalized panic
Your videos and Adam videos results in improvement in my academic English. My good IELTS scores will be caused by your videos. You always bring about news topics.
Good content (thank you), but horrible presentation. Can you please move out of the way, so we can read what is on the board... Also, it is super distracting to see you constantly move back and forth.
That's very nice! One of my friend also were studying there and he said that this is one of the best college in searching, they are sending their colleague to space to find another earth! Have you ever been to Samir Supermarket in Hamilton?
Thank you so much indeed for your sumptuous lesson. You have the power of making your lesson comprehensible. I always keep myself in touch with engvid.com and I am being benefited enough. I have a request to show the differentiation between Prepositional 'TO' and Infinitive 'TO'. Suppose, someone does not know how to identify Preposition 'TO' and Infinitive 'TO' in sentences. Thanks
I've made two videos about them already. :) Check them out here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2DgobMMlSfs.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fHliub2EM_s.html I hope these help you out!
my beloved teacher. Tnq Alex, you are great. watching your video results in increasing passion to learn english (correct me, if it's wrong) but what's about "come about"? is it like bring about? for example: how the accident came about? AND "make"--> what made you make this decision?
It's similar, but I can't think of an example where you can follow it with a noun phrase and not ANOTHER expression like "as a result of" or "because of." See the differences in the examples below: "The economic boom period came about because of immigration." "Immigration brought about an economic boom period." In question form, you would ask "How did the economic boom period come about?" or "How was the economic boom period brought about?" or "What brought about the economic boom period?" or "What caused the economic boom period to come about?" I hope this helps a little!
Great lesson as expected from you Alex. Academic vocabulary is a highly problematic area for our students especially at the uni level. So many thanks for giving us this native American English speaker's bird's eye view of this.
