Outcome not promising, comparison to statins not useful, why not evaluating versus diet-succsess on metabolic syndrom ?( lowering sugar levles instead of cholesterol?)

Inclisiran is so promising. I wish I could take it instead of Welchol. I have been following Alnylam Pharma ince before its IPO in the early 2000's
