You need an SBL tutor because he or she can help with your exams: 1. Focus on the key areas rather than tell you to cover everything right before the exam 2. Has the ability to tip something, ie based on experience (Anyone telling you tipping is not possible = incompetent in teaching this paper) 3. Focus and apply knowledge solely based on the latest preseen (not from other past exams) because SBL exam style HAS CHANGED COMPLETELY SINCE SEPT23 exam. - past exam papers are not super useful now.

great analysis, but is the service costing (18:06 in the video) research done by you is prrety extensive, is it really necessary since nothing really is mentioned about it in the pre seen material.

Good question and thanks for your kind comments first. Now, if you could refer to Sept23 past questions about Corjetz, what came up on the exam date about cost per pilot training data, cost per passenger etc not shown in preseen. However, in Dec23 NCTECH company, although quite a few operational KPIs are shown in preseen, but nothing came up on the exam day. So my advice, position youself like working in this company - key to pass. By understanding a bit more about this (I personally do not think it consumes students time by understanding this is the service industry, so that composite cost unit needs to be used, like cost per day per pet , or cost per procedure.) also like real companies knowing gross margin being 50% or so. - I do belive these are basic stuff to understand an industry. So on the exam day, my quick word - you DO NOT need to quote any numbers on my presentation as you are dealing with PVS company not real life companies in the pet care industry. However, when you are facing questions like, we should control costs on beds offered, by focusing on cost per bed - this could be a weakness as different pets have different sizes. Therefore, cost per day per pet may be better. My final advice to all SBL students is that, do not simply treat SBL preseen given like reducing exam difficulty. This really gives students time to understand the industry a bit better, so that answer quality is higher. Thanks and best of luck!

Always know a bit more about this like, materials in this industry could be things like bandages, rather than just pet accesories, would be better. Also understand labour cost - can't easily reduce, but more focus should be on overheads - what practical companies are doing, would help. Hope it helps! Cheers!
