During the communication assessment when we get 30 or 40 seconds to answer a question do you have to continue till the beefp or we can keep quiet after answering question according to our will?

Wow very helpfull plzz response my query . Can i use Bluetooth headphones which has mic and noise cancellation instead of using normal wired earphones . Because at last night i had attended test but their showed that your score is not generated due to three reason , noise , low internet and poor pronunciation. So i have to give restest today thats why i am asking is it ok to use my bluetooth head phone which cost is around 3000 and it has features of noise cancellation. And also i am using my mobile hostpot for internet so, how i can fix net speed
