I went to kailash (mansarovar) walking from Uttarakhand. This helped me prepare to absorb energy there...This thing contradicts with Isha walks which goes by flight !

i so want to go to kailash.. whether the himalayas or the velliangiri(though valliangiri seems to be available just for men).. but i really cannot afford to pay 50,000 rs for it😔 i wish isha foundation could come up with a cheap option for people like me😟

@@aksa9993 I know that only older women climb the mountain. But what's the logic behind that? It's nothing more than men's fear of menstrual blood. The mountain was there before men, and such logics. By the way, I saw and talked to the people who inhabit the mountain. There were women too, and they had little shops selling buttermilk and snacks on the way.

@@KQOAmericanLady Not Yogis only, the monks also wear this as it's from the same source. If the color is different now, it's because they wanted to differentiate with Indian sadhus and sanyasis. The first color what Buddha refers was this color. And yes it's because of the Agna Chakra, the chakra between our eye brows. 🙏

According to the book, Sadhguru More than a life. Sadhguru's past life was Sadhguru Sri Bramha. Before Sri Bramha, he was born as a Shiva Yogi, Before Shiva yogi he was born as a Bilva.

@@meeraraj0 According to Patanjali yog sutras, when meditation is extended then it is called samadhi. In samadhi state, person become thoughtless. Only conscious remains. Samadhi can last for hours to months but the person doesnt cast his body. But in this case he had casted the body consciously which is called Mahasamadhi.
