I recorded this video for a couple of my clients who are considering the PlayaCar neighbourhood in Playa del Carmen. #PlayaCar is an exclusive residential neighbourhood in Playa del Carmen. As this video shows, it has its own beach access. I enjoyed discovering the almost secret path to get to the beach, and I'm happy to share it with you as well :)

Very nice! Still disturbs me to see people walking by themselves wearing masks though when they don’t have to. I’m from Toronto too, where there are unnecessary mask mandates and fear amongst the sheep is killing us all.

I hear you and greetings! Last I checked Quintana Roo did have an outdoor masking mandate so unfortunately a lot of the locals wear them for fear of getting fined. In reality, the mask mandates are not enforced in outdoor places thankfully 🙏 PS: Are you still in TO? Toronto was my home for 24 years. I left because even more than a year ago, the oppression was getting out of hand and I saw too few people opposing the measures ;(

Hello. Wonderful videos! Where again is this entrance - next to "Phase 1 Playacar entrance" - did I get that right? if we walk to it or take a take a taxi what streets are there (intersection of what to what)? We will go down Playa in April to scope it out and move in a year (March 2023). Thank you so much! p.s. also are you available to show a few rental units to us? We don't plan to buy anything at least the first few years.

Hey there and thank you for watching and for commenting :) And Happy New Year to you! The PlayaCar residential neighborhood is a large enclosed residential neighborhood in Playa with security at the entrances. The beach access is closest to the PlayaCar entrance that's at the beginning of Avenida 10 in Playa, however since all beaches are public în Mexico, you can also access the beach by walking to the bottom of Ave Benito Juárez, then walking to the right past the Señor Frog's location over there :) And to answer your other question, of course. Most people who live in Playacar have parking on their properties. If you are particularly asking about where to park when going to the beach, there are side streets in Playacar where parking is allowed.
