All these accidents at junctions happen as most people don't slow down and give the other vehicle to pass ... Everyone wants to be first to pass .. it's happening like this at all junctions ..
the accident clearly fault of the Thar and speeding . There's clear rules of road while driving , aren't people suppose to behave while they drive even on roads which are without anything problems .check the cctv thats published , everywhere MLA govt cant be blames, we people also rash drive

No point sir. Can't simply put the blame arbitrarily. There are many issues at hand including absence of cautionary signs, Speed breakers and traffic police.

These tourists think if they come to Goa for tourism they think they own Goan roads and they can drink and drive as they want, lately it's news on block that the government wants to promote this kind of tourism and open more bars, the consequences of the actions are seen on the Goan roads it's an eye opener wake up call to all goans.....
