Haha! You need to go out and socialise with various groups, I've done one with people with the same bike as me. Can also go and do those group bike rides hosted by bigger orgs and then make friends from there. slowly la, but I recommend like trying to figure out your riding style, then find the appropriate group for your pace.
Looks like it's the 'Public Beach Desaru' area where there's a signboard before the entrance into the carpark. Not sure if the signboard is still there, but i remember once you entered into the carpark, you'll see two staircases on the left and right side.
