Accidental Presidency - 5 Min DIY Countdown Transparent Background is a Do-It-Yourself Countdown. Font name is Accidental Presidency and it includes alpha channel so you can easily use it to create your own countdowns. Because there is no animation of the numbers it is rendered at 1 frame per second to keep the file size down. Just drag it on to your footage or motion background and viola you have yourself a nice countdown video.

When I uploaded it into canva, it still has a black background even though I already downloaded the Original version

not actually transparent, but still easy to convert transparent and still a good countdown

Yes. Canva doesn't appear to support transparency in videos and fills the transparent part with black. You'll have to use a video editor that supports transparent backgrounds. I suggest setting up your Canva the way you want it and download to png or jpg and then use a video editor to edit it. You probably don't have a codex to support QuickTime files. Download VLC and install the QT codex. I'm sorry that you're having problems. If you don't care about the transparency then you can download any of the other versions of it. They are all MP4s. Here's a link to it on Vimeo: vimeo.com/412018269
