Bro i'm hyped for 1.0. I know you don't work on this game anymore and even if you did you would never tell us what is coming. But after it comes out I hope you can tell us what came in 1.0 that most excites you.

Could also be interesting hearin from Jace what came in 1.0 that he honestly genuinely didn't know was gonna be in it beforehand, and what came in 1.0 that he honestly genuinely did know and successfully did not Spoil for us so we could experience it properly, like a Bro. :)

Why did Satisfactory never get a "smart build mode" for conveyor belts, in the way that roads are built in many games? i mean that the game knows exactly where to turn to get a nice 90° turn, and does it for us (or at least shows us where to place a post to get that 90 thing). in many games, you can choose with one button press whether you want a straight/diagonal/free-form connection between two points, or whether you want a right-angled path. details like this really spoil the fun of building "beautiful" factories in this game for me :(((

Actually there is a decent technique for this already but I learned it fairly late so I havent made a habit of using it. But if on foundations and you rotate 90 degrees first, it becomes very very easy to snap-place perfect 90 degree angles. It's not quite the level of QOL like you're describing, but it actually does work really well (i just always forget to use it xD)

hoping to continue my current save but may consider another speedier play-through with some cheats/advanced game settings on to see what story elements I might have missed (if any). I’ll have to decide when it drops!

@@jembawls loved your reaction to how long it will take. It was literally mine too. I ended up building a second factory to make it go faster but once that was done, I already had a third of them produced 💀

I literally just finished Satisfactory last night for the first time, and I hate those Adaptive Control Units so much. They take so long to make and need SO MUCH wiring...

My friend and I are so dang excited for the 1.0 release! Just one of those games you can start a new game again and again and each playthrough is just as fun.

That look of realization for how long A.D. take to build them all. Priceless. To be fair, I set them up to make 3/min using 4 Assemblers. Easily done in a few days. I just like working in whole numbers when I can.

Calculating time as you did.. same what I did... I was happy to have made supercomputer but only after I found how much time it would had taken .. so had to slowly start planning a bigger factory with more production .. once I had done it (spending time to plan and build) , the original factory had enough time to almost finish parts needed for elevator 😂😂
