The Cinemassacre Podcast is every Tuesday around 3pm ET... with the audio-only version launching afterwards. Find it wherever you get your podcasts. Thanks for listening!
For some reason on RU-vid whenever it auto plays a Avgn video it’s always that one, I can’t count how many times I’ve been away from my phone while it’s playing a video and suddenly I hear the nes music and then James say that from across the room 😂. One of his best lines is ever 👍
Hey James. I was actually at uarts with you your freshman year. (I was multimedia, we didn't know each other) The theme was Counterpoint, if you remember. I was _so nervous_ when they were playing everyone's pieces. You _might_ remember the one I worked on, it was the one with the guy getting squirted with ketchup and mustard, while the other screens were other fast-food related slogans and other bits. At least, I think that's the one I worked on. My memory is a little fuzzy from that period.
@@dwartbg1 I'm not expecting a response, nor am I expecting him to see this in a sea of comments. Though, if more people upvote, maybe. I'm happy either way.
I kinda feel like they're holding back. Like I know when Kieran mentioned liking things in his ear, the look on James' face looked like he wanted so badly to make a joke there. Let loose guys, it's funny on Hack the movies...
They just have to be careful like when Kieran mentioned the dudes banging he had to make to mentioned he didn’t have an issue with that lol we live in world now full of sensitive people.
I remember watching Woodstock 94 on PPV at my friends house and how wild everything was with all the rain and the mud. Nine Inch Nails performance still stands out to me to this day.
A great documentary "sour grapes" on Netflix. At the end of it you really scratch your head debating if the guy really did break the law. It's about a guy that defrauded the high end wine collecting world.
A water slide called Verrückt _took a ten year old boy's head off_ when the raft hopped off the slide and into a net (and its supports.) The two women riding with him suffered several face injuries but survived. The boy's father was a Kansas state legislator, leading to heavy reform of Kansas law. Also, it turned out at least 13 other people had been injured in a similar way.
I used to be big into UFOs in the 90's. ...before there were camera phones. Funny how everyone having the ability to film kind of made the alien thing fade into the background.
i liked ur angry vids u sip beer when u are angry and didnt know lost in the game and now to see u are back with these sick podcasts with your buds and a metalhead!!!!!!!???????? u are the most awesome youtuber i ever subscribed to!!!!
Fan Q&A: Hey Guys! I’ve heard rumors that the TMNT 3 Nerd review was a backdoor pilot for a spin off series of AVGN called The Angry Movie Nerd as the title is shown in the beginning of the episode, were you planning on doing more movie episodes or was it just a one off?
I think James explains this in one of the James and Mike Mondays episode. Instead of doing a Angry Movie Nerd he decided to do more AVGN and put the idea onto Cinemassacre as himself talking about movies.
James I doubt you will see this at this point, but about those documentaries, you definitely have to checkout the Rolling Stones Altamont movie. The festival went south really quickly, it's pretty tragic. You'll like it! Haha
I remember a movie where the Rolling Stones held a festival and hired the Hells Angels as security. At one point during the show trouble started, as one would expect in a concert, and the "security" killed someone.
21:50 Justin said Bud Light Platinum as a light beer. I made the same mistake and thought it was supposed to be lighter but actually it's heavier. There's more ABV than regular bud so I don't know why they didn't call it Budweiser Platinum. Actually recommend it, its my favorite Bud. 👍
I've been to a park kinda like that in North Carolina once. You even had to sign a waiver. It's meant more to train, like, kayakers, but there were other "outdoors" type of rides like ziplines. Interestingly enough, an ambulance did pick someone up while I was there.
@@Chaos89P The Kayak thing I don't judge as harshly because really it's a sport which offers a challenge which you can practice and increase your skill. This water park on the other hand sounds like it's purely 'Russian Roulette".
This is added to my list of podcasts!!! PKA PKN and Past Gas!!!! You guys are incredible to watch and listed to, been an AVGN and Cinemassacre for years and years!!!!
James, you're gonna love performing music live in front of an audience. It is such a blast. My band DIOXIS has been performing for 3 years now and it's always a rush. Cause a lot of jammage! BTW, keep going with the podcast! Love what y'all are doing!
i had this playing in the background so my ears kind of zoned in and out through some things...did i hear him say he caught et with somebody in a bush?
I love these and love that all the rental/retail reviews and James and Mike mondays things are still going on but just on different channels. These are my everything ❤
