Vey much impressed by Bahria.... Insha Allah in a short time this area around Imtiaz, AQ Bazaar/Supermarket will be the beginning of a 'Downtown Dubai'... things take time, but still impressed....

Note in usa you will not B able to sell land which they don't have and collect surcharge as in karachi thay sold land/plots even collected huge amount up to date

Complains are never given any thought plus leaks in building and floods in Baharia town Karachi . I am in Boston I just watched his vlogs

Do not trust in RU-vid video they are all fake and paid. I am also overseas Pakistani who moved back in 2021and lives in Pakistan obviously not in Bharia Karachi. I am very closely observing those things and noticed their target only overseas Pakistani easy to trap them. 😂. So my advise if you plan to visit Pakistan then physically visit and then make your decision otherwise do put your hard work money in fire rest up to u
