Hi Favy... lovely video, I have a question regarding the 2nd apartment (which is the 2 bedroom you showed at the ground floor) those that apartment complex have a one bedroom apartment? if yes, do you know how much? Thank you

Thank you so much for watching today. Yes they have 1 bedroom units and as at the last time I checked, it starts around $1488 and the two bedroom units range anywhere from $1698 or more depending on the kind selected and 3 bedroom units start from $1998.

Hello For shared apartments, it's usually what's available on the market and they don't stay so long on the market. Please send me a dm on instagram at @favyscorner or email me and I can help search for places. Another thing is to search online. They usually state how you can contact them on their posts.

Hello The prices for shared accommodation varies. Depending on the type of place, location/neighborhood, it can cost as much as $600 to $1000. Once in a while, places in the $550 price range might come up but I'll say budget atleast $650 to $750 so you're not disappointed.
