Very good instructions Nathan thank you. I purchased my Accord Hybrid Sport L 3 weeks ago, installed 3M ceramic tint all around to reduce heat in the car, Today I noticed outward bubbles from the info screen, wondering if anyone else has the same issue.
Thanks for the compliment! Hopefully another viewer will be able to help out. My only thought on this is, did you remove the film that is placed on the screen when it’s built? I am assuming you did and this is something different. Thanks for watching!
@@TwoGuysandaRide No I did not, shame on me, for an X ASE certified technician back in the 90's. My son noticed it yesterday when I was complaining about it. Thank you for your fast respond.
Thanks for the question. The paddle shifter is a deceleration pedal which allows you tos fifth down through 6 stages of deceleration You can also use it to help maintain a set speed going down steep mountain roads. I am not sure what “charge” button you are referring to so if you want to give a time stamp of where you saw it in the video, I will then be able to tell you what it is for. Thanks for watching!
If you press and hold the EV button the car will go into “charge” mode for the battery. The engine will be used to charge the battery even if you are in park. I don’t really know the purpose of this though because the car itself doesn’t a good job of charging the battery when driving
General settings is found if you press the home button. If you don’t see it on the first screen swipe right to left and you will see it. If you watch the video I show it about 7 times.
How do you add different click faces? Can you do it strict from your phone, or do you need a special USB drive, and if so what? Can you do a video on this please, because this seems so confusing
When passengers in the back need to use the charging ports in the armrest, does the armrest has to stay up due to it not having an opening for the cord? Any tips?
Thanks for the question. Not having one to look at here is what I would say. Typically if you look closely there should be one spot on the opening of the armrest that is slightly lower and will accommodate a usb cord exiting the armrest. Thanks for watching
Thanks for the question. Why some feature is or is not included in a vehicle is a mystery, you would think that it would be but it’s not. Have you tried running XM via Apple CarPlay? Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the question. The infotainment systems that have Google built in come that way from the factory, this system does not have that and basically short of replacing the entire infotainment screen it won’t. The closest thing you could do is use an Android phone via Android Auto, set the Google assistant on your phone to wake when you say “hey Google”. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
To give you a larger, easier read map. There are other clocks in the vehicle that can be looked at beside the analog one in the infotainment screen should you need to check the time while navigation is running. Thanks for watching
I have a question, I’ve done everything, and I know how to fix a lot issues but i really need help. When I want to change the music in my steering wheel in the screen it says “audio function does not work while on a call”, I have disconnected my phone, turn off the car.
My 2023 accord touring says calls are active at all times when paired with my phone and I can’t turn the volume up or down also my google assistant doesn’t work
I like the whole screen cluster like this. But this design is kinda sucky. I got the half digital setup in my crv and it's much nicer than this setup. They should have simply copied the setup from the CRV Civic and added digital gauges on the right.
You say Use this rotary knob but then you don't show where the rotary knob is......I came here to learn something not try to figure out what your talking about
Just to the left of the steering wheel you will see a rotating wheel, roll it up to make it brighter, roll it down to make it dimmer. Thanks for watching!
@@jimmyjameson8705 hmm…that’s the dial to adjust it, so….are your headlights on when you adjust it? That will make a difference, otherwise I’d suggest having the dealership take a look and trouble shoot it. Thanks for watching!
@@TwoGuysandaRide Solved! I just bought a dashcover for the vehicle ...the cover was covering up the sensor in the middle of the dash that controls that function and whatever else.... Have had dashcovers on 20 different cars.. Thats a first.. Just cut a hole in the cover where the sensor is and all is well... Thanks for your response!
