I saw it last night as a “mystery movie” offering at my local theater. I was excited to see Ilana Glazer right from the opening line. Then it just got more and more annoying. I mean her character. Not the pregnancy theme. Her character of Eden was just grating on me. I gave it an hour to be funny. Laughed naturally twice and one of those was from John Carroll Lynch’s doctor character. I walked out of the theater. Sad. I like Glazer and Adlon, but this was awful.

This slang is new and already tired.
