We're getting back to basics in this video by showing you the difference between accounts payable and accounts receivable. What is accounts payable? (Spoiler: it's a bill.) Is accounts receivable an asset? (Spoiler: yes.) Although this video doesn't give you the technical accounts receivable definition (because, you know, boring), it hopes to show you how these terms live in business as liabilities and assets in accounting but without the annoying jargon.
