Some dies, especially specialty shaped ones, have multiple shapes on them. HST should always have the straight grain of fabric on the long cut side of the side so it is stable & doesn't stretch.

I have a go and never used it it would be nice to be able to trade it in for one like this would be easier for arthritis

You should try your Go! out and see how it works. I understand even the Go! is better than rotary cutting for people with arthritis.
