In the Lore for Arkham Knight, it's stated that Bruce has been working harder as Batman and eating less. He's losing muscle mass, which is another reason he had Lucius make the new suit to enhance his strength and speed.
It’s accurate in the sense that it is the arkham city suit but in the same enhanced graphical style as arkham knight, as to not make the suit look out of place
I saw the mod, it may get it's own separate video though. The mod in the video was a recreation of the City suit, while Mr.Binkss' mod is more or less a model rip from Arkham City. Therefore I don't think it's really fair to compare one to the other.
