thanks, found your video after already ordering mine yesturday, loaded something im my brand new malibus trunk and put a good inch scratch above my taillight maneuvering stuff
Thanks for posting this. That 4-pronged plastic contraption appears to just be a protective device that can be removed when using the pen function for touch-ups: Keep the original box for storage, slide that piece back on and it will protect the little abrasive tip.
Sanding and repainting entire area (like in a shop with pro paint tools) is best but honestly for a little scratch this does a good job. Its like $20 (or less) VS $500+
Its 18.80$ with loads of games on it simular to what you reviewed and i hope you could review it to see if its a steal or its a return and not worth it
@@andrewgunnels The 4 prong plastic thing is a protector for shipping and storage. It slides off. It prevents the the touch-up paint button from becoming accidentally depressed when the unit is in the box.
The instructions are the worst ever. They don't tell you what the starwars wings are for. It's very easy to spill the fluid when twisting things. It says keep upright all the time, but one reservoir spills out that way.
Its paint in a little tube. The photo is covering a scratch on the left rear. I may do a full on "how to" later but this video was more to give my satisfaction with the product. Truth be told I was alittle worried filming and doing it would be a huge distraction and I would mess up my C7 paint. I wanted to give the car my 100% full attention when using the product. Its an expensive car and didnt want to risk it. Sorry ... But I may do another How to video later.
