Sir, I'm in final year now, while giving gt, I'm able to correct 110 q on an average, ( mainly INICET gts) , how can I improve my score? I have not that much time to revise 1st and 2nd year subjects now as I'm in final year
This is the best way to review GT yet. I have almost seen 100 of videos to find the best way to review GT but couldn't find the one. I deviced one way for me, that uses bookmark and active recall for review but this one is better because it organizes things in the brain as well. This is the best way yet. This is the one. I like this.
That accuracy is fine. Focus more on weaker points, read the question and options more carefully to avoid silly mistakes. Note down weak points in GT book/20th notebook and keep revising over time
Do final year students need to give GT? Right now I’m in final year and just completed OBGY and some portions of Paediatrics and Medicine. Please advise.
Sir... when you said to add wrong Topics in notes... How should i make the notes? should i write down only the Q n A. or should i write down the whole explanation of the topic?
That depends. If it’s a topic you’ve read and you know, but got wrong because of the question framing style then write down QnA If it’s an unknown topic, or some conceptual application of a topic then write down whole explanation. Also add whole explanation if it is a question which has been asked from a broader topic (eg. if que is from FMT on one of the torture methods, better to write all torture methods since any can be asked)
Sir ... I'm majorly doing mistakes on factual Questions which i had read while studying before the exam. How do i avoid such mistakes? What is the better way to study them
Hlo sir, thank you so much 😊. I'm a fmg currently in Ukraine. I'm studying everything from marrow. But medicine is way more vast. Please tell me should i write everything or how can i prepare for medicine. I'm in 5th yr now. I have one more yr on my hand.
I also felt Marrow Medicine main content to be too vast, it’s quite difficult to concise from there. (Same for Surgery too) I’d suggest do it from Rapid Revision / Intern mode. Or if possible, do from DAMS (I had done from there, they have really good and doable content) Also supplement it with PYQs, see the PYQ topics and give more priority to those and related topics
Tq bro! This video sd be made by marrow ppl! I donno y the app developers dont teach us hw to navigate through it in effective way! But much needed video, tqs agai!
I'm in 3rd proff part 1. Is it really useful to give GT from now itself given the fact that I have no knowledge of the final year clinical subjects??? Please answer.
Yes I solved INICET GTs too! If NEET is your only goal then solve only NEET GTs. If you’re targeting INI too then solve both. When INI exam is close (like 2 months away) you can skip 1 or 2 NEET GTs at that time (I did the same)
sir i have one question when i finished the topics then i solve same topic mcq and gt mock test also then i need to revise mcq explanation multiple times till exam ?
Add only the topics from questions you got WRONG. Among the correct ones, if there is a PYQ que (#recentneet) which you haven’t yet added, add that too. Basically the goal is to include PYQ topics and your weak points.
Find out what’s going wrong, try a different strategy if current one isn’t working. Review wrong ques and analyse what went wrong and don’t repeat that mistake again
Write on a page/sticky note and check it regularly. Use min words, write only key values/words, keep it short and crisp. Also memorise these with friends/peers, it helps a lot with stagings and classifications
Too early to give GTs right now! Since you’re in 2nd year, you’re most likely be appearing for NExT exam. So for now, do the subjects of 2nd year properly, try to study consistently, so that 2nd year subjects get sorted. Once you enter 3rd year you’ll have more clinical exposure and you’ll be doing clinical subjects. After doing one read of all subjects you can start Grand Tests
Thank you! The basic concept behind T&D is testing your understanding of each subject. It is equivalent to SWT (Subject-Wise Test) of Marrow. After you finish reading each subject, you give T&D / SWT of that subject to see how well you’ve done it. So you basically need one such source for testing your subject knowledge. Not compulsorily T&D specifically, you can also opt for SWT. (My personal recommendation would be T&D) In case of T&D of DAMS for example, they also provide video solution for the T&D. In SWT you review the test and read explanations (like any Qbank/GT)
I always want to know you make such a perfect video 😅 & also i want to know about the app are u using because i am very poor at making videos of friends birthday
I want to know the app by which i can show the screen of photoes & i am speaking of the wishes at same time & please tell about free app i don't want to be youtuber 😅
Hey im your new fan 🙏 Congratulations I'm extremely weak in anatomy. What should I do to improve my anat basics keeping time constraint in mind.Your suggestion will mean a lot!
Thank you! Do lots of questions for Anatomy. For the very weak parts try to draw diagrams yourself. If it’s getting difficult to understand relations, can refer to Netter PDF. Also search for mnemonics, there are many out there
Plz suggest a good subscription for 1st year and 2nd year mbbs..sab marrow ka acha bol rhe the but mujhe marrow se padte time samajh nhi aya...plz tell ki basics se konsa platform padhate hai plzz 😢
Marrow is good as such! Anhi 1st ya 2nd year mein hi ho, concepts samajhne ko time lagta hai thoda. So don’t worry agar immediately samajh nahi aa raha ho toh. Just continue watching classes and making notes Personally I had used DAMS, maine toh 3rd year mein join kiya tha. I think their teachers are great and basics get cleared well. Can try attending some classes or borrow from a friend
It’s something you’ll have to make yourself as you keep studying, those notes will be the most effective! I also made my notebook myself, you can check the Telegram group link on my channel for reference You can use Rapid Revision notes too. Or even DAMS has now come up with Handwritten Notes which seem very good. But again I’ll emphasise, making it yourself is the best way to go
Open Marrow.com or search it on Google, login with your details, go to Dashboard, then go to Test Series section on the left. There you’ll find Grand Tests
Hello sir I'm an intern currently doing my first read. And I am giving GTs also sir my problem is that I'm doing a lot of mistakes in the subjects which I have read 3-4 months ago as I have forgotten those topics.Pls guide about how go about this should I continue my first read or study those topics again
Continue your read, and do custom modules of those subjects which you’ve read 3-4 months ago. That will keep you in touch with those subjects. Also try to identify the specific topics you’re getting wrong frequently and read those. Put up sticky notes of those on your wall. If there’s a topic which you find that you’re not understanding at all, read that one fully from main notes
Do Patho, Micro, Pharmac very properly now itself. Read Robbins for Patho (at least the first section on General patho). Clear your concepts in these now itself. Do clinical questions from Qbanks. Or do Custom Modules of 1st and 2nd year subjects with only #Clinical selected. This way your clinical correlation of these subjects will start getting stronger from now itself, and you’ll have an easier time in 3rd and Final year. When you get to 3rd year, do ENT and Ophthalm properly that time, and also PSM. Also start doing final year subject classes from 3rd year itself, that way it’ll get easier in final year
@@doctor_nikhil thanks boss ,for helping me with what should I do. but some time it becomes difficult to handle both prep for neet and clg load altogether.
@@alizabeth3977 It does get difficult! But you’ll have to adjust a bit. You won’t need to study 5-6 hrs everyday. Even 2-3 hrs of study but done CONSISTENTLY over time will be a lot. It’s fine even if you miss 2-3 days every now and then, but just keep doing something whenever you can.
Do Qbanks during your first read. After reading a topic solve its Qbank, do as many as possible (no need to do all Qbanks, many modules are not useful) After your first reading is over, when you start revision, read a whole subject then give it’s SWT. OR another way you can do it is, give SWT BEFORE starting the subject. Make a note of what topics you got wrong and revise those first. I hope this helps 😄
