Todoroki have potential to be the best character in the game if you really know how to use him. Level up fire then gamma and beta in that order.

Shoto is the only reason im rage quitting sometimes. I win 3 games a row ans then loose on first fight cus i get stun locked by him 2 times with ice while he can shoot at me. Hes the most op character rn

Cool clips, but I'm really hoping they tone him back more in the future. Slower rate of fire for his alpha would be a start, and also deciding if his ice wall is a defensive or offensive ability, because it's stupid that it functions as a close range nuke and still takes forever to kill (unless your bakugo and 2 shot it cause REASONS) AND can be shot through (cause this still makes 0 sense canonically or logically) He only needs a few small changes to bring him in line. I just hope they do it before the game dies. EDIT: 4:39 This is my issue with him. She had 0 counterplay options here. Frozen through shield and then killed before the freeze even ended. They just gotta figure out where they want him. cause it's wild how overtuned he still is.
