@@samloyd9287 Yeah, it was mentioned like once but that's not enough to grasp the full concept. I think it's until Amazon Lili that was mentioned Boa's first bounty (80 M). She was granted the title of shichibukai almost as soon as she got a bounty and it immediately got frozen, so her bounty doesn't show at all her full relevance/power.

Well it was highly assumed within the fandom that it is Blackbeard that gave Shanks the scar , so this is a situation of mistaking the vast amount of canon with the fanon, not remembering that it is canon, or thinking it might the fanon ! Or just worrying about it being a spoiler !

I’m one of the few who dislike this idea. I feel like Nux and Briggs kinda drop to many hints (even small ones like names and future arc names) and I don’t even mind it since animak doesn’t mind it to much, I like Totally not mark doing his own thing how it is and how he comes up with his own theories without anyone telling him anything

everyone underrates one aspect of post enie's lobby... the robin aokiji relationship moment to bring some closure to saul's storyline.....i love how he says he wants to see if his sacrifice was in vain and watch what she does with her life moving forward...... which may be the last time they ever speak mind you since he could be dead or brainwashed at this point....not enough credit is given to this moment where he does not take her and the crew in or attack...the arc started with him beating their asses which got the monster trio to realize they have to get stronger to survive which made them form their new attacks which helped beat cp9 and we found out he is part of her past and the buster call and killed her mentor...

the scar on shanks face was one of the most intresting thing for me. he got that before he gave luffy the hat (10 years ago). so it was way before blackbeard betrayed whitebeard and also before shanks became an emporer. i know shanks mentioned it to show how dangerous teach can get, but still, its not the only time the scar was specifically mentioned. i think the scar would have some importance in the future.

@@adiljaved1330 that's one of my concerns but if he's a guest when he gets ahead of RC I think it would be less likely. (Besides this episode is a good example of how they've been seriously avoiding spoilers more recently.) But I think it would be great to have Totally Not Mark as a guest, as he's well versed in story elements and character types while Animak has his political science background. It would be great to see them flex those brain muscles on Nux and Brigs. (It might be one of those Nux giving Mad Respect moments) Thinking more about it I really hope it is the Post Marineford Arc that he guests for. (He should be ahead by then)

This episode was almost perfect except for the technical difficulties they had for a bit. I think the only spoiler was nux mentioning the blackbeard vs luffy fight. It was weird that nux thought he already fought even though seeing how blackbeard fights for the first time is one of the reasons why post ennies lobby is so hype

Dragon being 'the most wanted man' is actually a mistranslation. It translates more to 'world's worst criminal' or most terrible, something along those lines. You could argue that the worst criminal should also be the most wanted, but he is technically not confirmed to be most wanted. People tend to take this myth and conclude that he must have the highest bounty. Though it would make sense for him to be more wanted than the emperors even if they're stronger than him.

Find it more hilarious that I would say Robin and Franky has the most connections to and probably learned the most about each other when they were captured. So then to have that get flipped and Robin in trying to force Franky to join the crew, used her powers to then just give his family jewels a strangling. It’s like these two had a moment one after another and to round that up we just end with CBT. Would say poor Franky in this but I think Robin gained his respect with that.

so luffy being ace's brother was outside of expectations for blackbeard. ace hunting him and admitting luffy is his brother changed his plans but not by much, luffy created a window for blackbeard earlier. luffy affects the world and blackbeard is riding tnat wave that stems from luffy fucking things up for all sides

It was definitely Teach "Blackbeard" that gave Shanks that eye scar. They show in flashbacks that Teach used to fight with multiple knives kind of like Buggy and Shanks brought it up to impress the fact on Whitebeard that Teach was more dangerous than his crew was giving him credit for.

Karan Dev they could have been training with each other but i think it was stated from mihawk that he lost interest in fighting shanks after he lost his arm. I mean them having daily duels doesn’t really make sense since mihawk wasn’t traveling with shanks and his crew. Shanks was in the east blue for a while and we didnt see mihawk in those early flashbacks. They were definitely rivals but i doubt they fought 24/7. They very possibly just fought whenever they ran into each other to test their skills and see how much they’ve improved
