The downgraded #67 is Amtrak at its worse. This pitiful itlle train used to run with at least two sleepers, a sleeper lounge serving midnight snacks and beverages and breakfast to sleeping car passengers, a full length Custom Class (Business) car with pillows and blankets, a ful length cafe car, and lots of coaches...and the "Twilight Shoreliner"(66/67) ran between Boston, DC and Newport News with no padding in the schedule or long layovers in NYP and PHL. Blame the self-destructive Amtrak Board of Misdirection.
