Sorin, I was laughing as hard as you at the end. You repaired the fault PERFECTLY. Economical and clever. I would never class ingenuity as dodgy. Well done. I was wide eyed and mouth open when you were pulling those pins out. But it worked. Brilliant!
Thanks Sorin, at the beginning (about 4 years ago) I liked to watch your videos for education, but with time they became entertaining videos as much as educating ones. So nowadays I enjoy watching because you have a good spirit (alongside with expertise of course). Thanks again.
Another great repair sorin. Cheers mate appreciate it. . Where I'm from we call it ingenuity is not dodgy. The short is fixed and laptop works and completed in fast time. Well done customer will be happy and that what matters
I am whaching this second time in 20 minutes frst time on your other channel and now the longer version. And it's not boring at all 😊 can you believe. Personally, I will watch the same videos on all your 3 channels even if it is the same. I love your work, and i love the love you put in your work and teaching us how to think out of the box. Keep the good work, Sorin! We don't need you tube chanals who dont know aniting about the repairing stuff but only soldering and cleaning, that is not a repair. You are the MASTER. Another thing is not to allow youtube to take you down with those manipulation things like invalid traffic. Find better places and we will be there. Thanks for everything and for many years. Greetings for your family and Diana
"We have picture, I can't believe". Fixes everything great knowledge and skills. Still he can't believe. I really love your video's. Don't have repair skills but still love to watch this.
Looks like a temporary/ permanent solution to me. LOL Really enjoy watching your uploads and learning a lot. Many thanks. Regards, Brian 👏👍🏴👏👍🏴
I want to thank you for your mastery over laptop repairs, you really inspired me into the repair world and i 'm coming up seriously, thanks again for your complete explanation of each repairs
thought i was the only one who does such crazy out of this world kind of repairs . you are a genius it is the only way to maximize profit keep up the good work
Great job Sorin, I knew exactly what you were about to do and even knew what you would say, even when you went for the hot glue lol I have seen too many of your videos, you are a true master, thank you.
I like you like crazy, you are the man around. My laptop did not repair yet (I'm in the United States) and these guys around are real geniuses. I should buy things and repair it with you online in a streaming video
He's not embarrassed to show these efforts. When I was in software work, I wouldn't be doing that about my kludges ! I expect there are folk who'd prefer to get the board back to ex-factory state & the price would be uneconomic
Very funny I was laughing all the way with this one. You fixed it the best way possible with what you had. You could replace wires, connectors etc and end up with a cracked screen and a worse problem after. Love it watching you laugh shows how much you enjoy it making others laugh.
I think it's fine as long as it's working and it wouldn't short again or cause any other problems. also it's more economical for the customer because if you buy a new connector and LVDS cable the repair cost will be higher...
My customers as well pick dodgy repair when I offer it vs a full replacement. If you have to wait longer and pay more, most will take dodgy ;). So, I'd say, as long as the circuitry working fine, why not give it a try ;).
Because the burns are caused by power from the power rails , the other lines are data lines. They just got a little burnt from the power lines next to them.
Very good job Maestro, it is not a dodgy job, is a pro job, but it is not true that the repair job is cero because the most valuable asset you bring in is the knowlege and thats have no value, at least a would put a 50 pounds cost on the repair job.
You was so serious when you saying that this proper well done job before you start laughing! LOL you make me laugh even more 😂 , in my factory where i work when Romanian guys came out we joke when they do some similar freestyle work, they call it ''shmecheria" , I hope i'm spelling it correctly LooL 😂😂
That was easy and cheap, great! We can't imagine what it would have cost if you had to make a "proper calibrated fuse"! That would be expensive! haha 🤭😃
Just saw this laptop with charger for 120AU$ 60 pounds on Facebook marketplace. Still amazes me people bother paying for repairing. Laptops so cheap nowadays.
it is $280 used in Canada so if the repair will cost $80 or $100 it is wise to fix it . I'm getting lots of repairs on used laptops . if a laptop from 2012 or older yes it is wise to move on and buy another laptop.
Plz sir, I had this problem today and fixed it by changing the old MOSFET and there was a burnet small capacitor underneath the graphic card,,, how to prevent this from happening again. Plz answer me. Thanks
I have to ask you, in the old shop you had always someone (victim 😀) to plug the device to the wall (for testing), now at home who is doing the job? Don't tell me its Diana🤣🤣🤣
