Press hard "on" the trackpad or "close to" the trackpad, while pressing on the number or letter. This should help for a while. It is still not a final solution. I can't bring my Acer Nitro 5 back because of COVID-19 Corona! It`s not the first time I had problems with Acer. So there you have it.

Help me. How can i fix my laptop I upgrade my laptop ram then after i open it it boots up/repair mode Then some keys didn't work. I try to recheck and reinserts the connections but after that. Some keys become okay but the other keys which is okay becames bad. And there's a time that the whole keyboard didn't work. Finally i Found My own solution, Its a Pin Not the " password", you need to remember what is your microsoft pin is

Acer nitro 5 LA 952p,the keyboard does not work properly after connecting another battery, neither replacing the hub nor the multi-controller helps

Press the reset button on the back of the laptop and will solve the issue. It's tiny hole below the ventilation. Nothing else!!

If Number 6, the reset, does not fix the keyboard issue, then the problem is Acer hardware. Cheap crap anyway.
