Bro is mai turbo mode nahi aaraha hai mere paas (16gb varient) max it is going to 3.5GHZ something. Not even close to 4GHZ. But it has to be max at 4.6 GHZ. Is this problem with me or with everyone?

sir mera acer nitro V rtx 4050 wala he 16 gb ram wala mere cinebench score ,malti core 8500 a raha he jo apse around 3000 km he aur singel core score 1150 around he wo bhi around 400 kam apse. test jab kiya tha plug in tha or room temperature around 30*c tha kya mere laptop me jo processor he wo purana iya defective he . please reply
