I actually bought the laptop recently, a week ago. It's a powerhouse and it's build is amazing. Even the screen is a big upgrade. Biggest thing I noticed is the weight of this laptop. Even after being a gaming laptop it's not that heavy.
Bought this laptop last week for 64k including bank offers, and oh boi the performance is on peaks. Didn't like the sound when fan hits max speed around 8000rpm. Hey but coming from 1650 to 4050, it's totally worth it.
@@vishaltongale4805 For now I have played many games on this laptop, yes it does give out a lot of sound on load, but the heatsink & fans are doing their job keeping it under 80* C. And no heating issues near the bottom of the screen.
Thanks for the honest display review. It appears that the display is not suitable for photo and video editing due to its inaccurate color representation and sRGB value. Some users might be interested in the RTX 4050 instead.
Go for an ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 OLED series laptops, as those have the best displays in any laptop, especially for their price. I am thinking of buying one next year. But yeah, the thermals are not as good as a full fledged gaming laptop but it's meant for video editing and stuff and can easily game.
@@baoquoc3710 I do agree, but the display is something you won't find in any gaming laptop, and since the Commenter wants a colour accurate display he won't get anything as good as Vivobook OLEDs under 1 lakh at all. MacBook Air's display isn't as good as this OLED either, so that should say something in itself. Otherwise get a gaming laptop with powerful specs but then he will have to buy an external display which is colour accurate, and colour accurate monitors are expensive themselves, and won't compare to OLED display even then. Now obviously if you want to just game then gaming laptops are the way to go, but creator laptops are a good middle ground, you can game on them, you can do creator work on them and they look professional, have good webcam and all office features one can ask for and what not. So it depends, if you want a professional laptop for video editing or other heavy stuff with good webcam, MS Office, professional look, full I/O ports, display then creator laptops are the way to go.
@@Hehehaw458 Guess what? All intel macbooks and Asus's flagship ROG Zephyrus does the same. What is your point? If you have display issue, replace it or go to a service center.
Ask yourself twice whether you need a gaming laptop or not. If you need a something for gaming go for PC with better thermal management, If you really need a gaming laptop ensure you will always use your laptop with AC turned on.
I got this laptop in the sale at 69k 16gb ram varient and you can definately go for this it has amazing games performance with rtx 4050 it gave me more than 120+ fps in gta 5 at 1080p ultra amazing performance and good heat management overall this is a 9/10 from my side . you can consider it even at 75k amazing deal btw one more thing so I tried to paste a 110gb folder from one drive to another it took me only 1.5 mins of time amaqzing real and write speed go for it it is the best at 70k no one matches the specs.
I've had horrible experience with my Acer laptop, mainly heating issues. Never going back to Acer ever again. Have an Asus Tuf 15 with 16 gigs of ram with RTX 3050 which I got for 56k and I'm satisfied with it.
@@crxtube187bro, I am planning to buy, Please tell me at what price did u got this, Model a, Ram, Rom, And what about the heating issued that air directly to screen?
@@entertainmentvideos5694TBH it's a good deal. I got it for 71k on the Acer official website. 16 GB ram variant when I applied a coupon code. There are no heating issues as far as now. Performance is top notch. Surprisingly the speakers are really good and the cooling system is effectively working. The only drawback I found is that the display is just average like it's bad for photo editing and watching 4k videos as the sRGB is low. If you have a monitor to be connected then all cool. And the fan is not exactly directly towards the display instead it's towards the below side which making the display not that hot so don't worry about that. Another drawback is that battery backup while playing a heavy game is 1 hour Max but if u just use it for casual purposes then it will last for 5 hrs or plus. Overall is a very good laptop. One issue I had to deal with it was that all of a sudden the display turned black and white when turn on the pc but later realised that it's some software issues... Or some harddrive issues. It happened when I changed refresh rate settings. The default is 144hz so I advice to not mess with it lol. Some others have also had problems with display not because of the fan vents towards the display instead they faced problems because of some software issues. If you have any doubts u can ask me here.
Bought it a week ago , honest review, works flawlessly, performs like a beast , drawback is the build quality mine has a minor gap in screen hope that does not creat a problem in future
The problem with these laptops is with Screen, you cannot compromise on screen quality after spending 75k, low brightness, low resolution, poor viewing angles.
Lenovo LOQ is far better choice. Brighter display, sturdy build, great webcam. These acer laptops have a weak build, I've noticed this a lot. In my last acer laptop, the hinge broke automatically.
In my tech life experience one thing which I have regretted the most twice is choosing build quality over performance and for this specific laptop the build is above average not like you are holding it and suddenly it breaks and neither is it meant for sitting on it and honestly most of us do carry expensive tech items more sensitively either it be phone, laptop, smartwatch or any gadget which means much to us... (imo)
I got this laptop for around 62,000 with rtx 2050 variant and trust me guys it's a worth it if you are not that heavy kind of gamer and do minor task I'm not some GPU intensive works like AutoCAD and graphic designing and play casual games like valerian and GTA 5 then it's a must buy the performance of the laptop is too good it boots up around below 10 seconds and the battery backup is not that good but it's neither that bad I got around 2 and a half hours or 3 hours battery backup time with backlit on and a good surfing of video playback on RU-vid that too on 80% brightness performed well the laptop does not feel laggy at any aspect and there is also good gaming performance invariant you can expect around 150 plus fps constant and the thermals of the computer is also good it doesn't heat up so much if you are looking for a laptop with latest specs I guess this is the Best Buy if you get it around 60k the latest version of DDR 5 ram with i5 13 Gen processor makes it an absolute killer deal for this price range on my God the looks of this device is stunning it doesn't feel cheap and definitely it doesn't look like a laptop of budget of 60,000...
@@vishaltongale4805 I just watched a review on it and it appears the heat will not damage the screen but there's a different problem that the fans might collect dust faster due to faster rpm but you can always remove the dust manually or apply a dust filter. Hope this helps...
I got this laptop already, and it’s real good. The only thing is I need more storage, what options do you guys think I have for upgrading the storage, also I don’t really want to spend a lot on this. Would be helpful if some suggestions come up
@@superhitragini I’m currently having an external hdd, you think I could just plug it in and download all the things such as games on it and later plug it out during shut down??
still using acer nitro 5 (2019 model) its been 5 years and the laptop build is still as brand new and runs very fast as well no major issue at all acer is fr one of the best laptop company best value for money with very great build quality and reliable product 👌👌
@@arunkrishna661145% NTSC is manageable. If you really need a good display, save for an external monitor and you'll be good to go. Build quality is also better than average + thermals are groundbreaking. You won't regret it and hopefully, neither will I.
Hey Beebom I have a suggestion for you Can you compare Sony headphones with soundcore headphones.....Maine RU-vid me soundcore headphones ki kaafi taareefein suni and your comparison is quite good
@@skyker126Nitro v you are getting better specs and performance in less range, in nitro v you get RGB and better build quality of the laptop like a proper gaming laptop
This laptop releases hot air directly on screen and some people are getting display issues within the first 2-5 days. Laptop specs are best in the price range, but the issues mentioned above are my biggest concern.
After watching so many videos about this laptop...i decided i will go with this one...especially with budget i cam afford...the display is understand with this price..😅
Considering on what you mentioned about the display and color accuracy. Will this laptop be ideal for graphic designing, video editing or photoshop works ? Please advise..
Sir kya Rtx 4050 mein fortnite smoothly chalega with other Apps added like pro Photo editing app, pro video editing app? Aur Last 6 7 Normal apps zyada nhi? Chalega Game smoothly?
I got loq 12450 / 6gb 3050 for 67k, and this was for 69k during sale. I was never a fan of lenovo's ideapad or budget laptops, but, couldn't trust nitro V due to lack of reviews and the fact that they're giving this high specs in this budget. So yeah i took a leap of faith and went with loq, as there were at least reviews available and lenovo's internal and external build quality is superior to acer's nitro series, historically.
I have the same issue Complete lack of nitro v reviews with most that I find are complain about refresh rate causing display issue , as well as the super low cost for such spec just doesn't make sense(They have to compromise some stuff to fit the budget.)
@@turnipxd I've been using it for 2 months now. If you get it below 70k it's worth it. Use a appropriate cooling pad, the temps aren't that bad. But it does get uncomfortably warm on the deck without cooling pad. Still it's fine. The gaming benchmarks are really close to a 3050, and the build is sturdy enough for the price. The display is really the best in the 70k segment. If you're budget is expandable to 1L, go for predator neo. Or if it's locked by 70k, go for loq
I have an external monitor and this laptop for if i need to go outside just carry it and for editing I connect the external monitor with it which is 24 inch 165hz 2k monitor and still the combo is cheaper than getting a 4050 laptop from other manufacturers and playing cs2 on a 165hz big display is ❤️
I ordered Acer nitro 5 3050 version..and the last but one day.. i saw this... I bought that on 64k.. and 5k extra i was getting 4050..... Kinda felt bad about it ..
I want a laptop at around this budget but for video editing (FHD) and audio editing (Fl Studio). My current laptop has an i3 10th Gen, and just can't run these apps. The HP Victus has same display specs and yeah, I didn't like the display. What options would you suggest me to go for in Windows? An OLED display would be phenomenal but still, open to suggestions.
This is entry level laptop for high or med AAA gaming u need 4060 minimum Alan wake 2 Starfield will eat this gpu..6 gig are not enough but Budget to performance is amazing..
That's Why the desktop is far better for gaming in cheap price you can get a high level performance. The main downside is we can't carry it anywhere(portability)
Acer Nitro V Gaming Laptop Intel Core i5-13420H Processor (Windows 11 Home/ 16 GB/ 512 GB SSD/ NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050/ 144Hz) ANV15-51 with FHD 39.62 cm (15.6") IPS Display, Obsidian Black, 2.1 KG vs Acer I5 RTX 3050 with same specs?? Or shall i go with HP VIctus??
can it play 4k games on external monitor? please make a video i think it's interesting and i wanna buy it in 4 or 5 months so please please make a video on it
I wanted to buy a gaming laptop for civil 3d , auto cad , graphic design, video editing and for gaming in 70k. Needed a best gaming laptop at this price range.
i just bought this laptop and Some time while playing game the screen goes black but laptop is still on backlit is turned I don't if it is having problem with graphics card or something else the game i am playing while i encountered problem are far cry 5 and valorant and this happen sometimes not all time playing i have to restart the pc
Software to be blamed and they get fixed too I also gave the same and made gameplay tests too It's better than the counterparts over 80-90K in terms of performance
As a Nitro V user My feedback on this product is that the thermal is not really good because the hot air gets pushed to the display directly. So far no issues but in future the answer lies under a BIG QUESTION MARK ❓ and No ms office The fan is really really very noisy (small mixer grinder sound) No type c charging support in 2023
Bhai display mein heat ke wajah se mere black dots aane shuru ho gaya hai screen mein it's resolves itself but are you facing any similar problems? V leke galti kardi lagta hai, using it for 3weeks and now screen problem, acer Wale bolte hai ye kuch problem nahi hai but black dots toh generally appear nahi hote and it only appears on the right side right below the vents when I'm gaming for like 2-3hours.
i saw a gigabyte laptop with rtx 3060 and Intel 12th Gen i5-12500H which one will be good this one or the one he showed in video but i think rtx 3060 will perform better in gaming and overall from rtx 4050
No msn, RTX 4050 gives better performance than 3060. The TGP can make a difference tho. If 3060 comes with a goated TGP like 100w or more, it can outperform 4050. Also, the 4050 has better features overall in gaming which the 3060 doesn't support. Hope this helps.
