7:40 CSX is looking for conductors to operate their engines but won’t hire anybody. Me and 2 other guys applied and they decided not to hire us. Guys that worked in the power plant industry as operators for 10+ years. They are very picky as to who they hire unfortunately
I hired out with CSX last year, all Class 1 rr's were hiring huge amounts of people still are to some extent. Sorry you guys didn't get on, I'm having the time of my life on rr, best people best work and amazing pay.
