`I'm a broke ass line dog, the fact I work in fine dining doesn't change that. I can see how this MAY help my career, but at the end of the day I'm sure I'll find my way to executive chef without paying a 230 dollar fee. I also have reservations about accessibility for these tests, I work full time, will I be able to certify without having to travel?
