I got a tiny bit of filler and it looks so natural, and didn’t make a big difference, but that’s the key to it. It needs to be a slight difference. Not huge chipmunk cheeks. Sure, you can be “wrinkle free” but you’re gonna look super bloated and look nothing like yourself anymore.
