This is indigenous wealth. I believe 96% of this estate landlords are the Imolites. Owerri has not too many commercial trading centers/Markets or industries but how they are developing in this magnitude is amazing. These houses are not for commercial buy and sell traders living in Owerri.
You're wrong Don't forget, Imo State is one of the richest oil 🛢️🪔 and gas ⛽ with oil companies, so people invest everyday in Owerri. If you go to Toronto Road 🛣️ you see investments.
@@AhanekuOvercomer-em9we Imo people owns 96% of this estate we are looking at here. You don't have to loud your fortune to be noticed. Population of Imo people in diaspora is second to none. Gone are days when diasporas are taking for granted because devaluation of naira is the beginning of diasporas enrichment which Imo state people have been travelling outside the country even when Nigeria is still fair and manageable to live. Imo people are also successful in Nigerian cities even here in Onitsha Anambra state. Imo people have no big commercial city like Aba and Onitsha, Enugu and Port-Harcourt but their citizens are thriving in those areas including in the west and northern Nigeria. After our Anambra state, there comes Imo state in terms of wealth.
If I didn't commend you for these video waiting I gain 😯❤️ Please upload more of the best Estate videos in Owerri because my other #Thomas igbo brothers go hear'am here I am. 👏👏👏
My question is why is it that individuals investors can be able to build roads in their estate but the government with all the money they have can't? Outside many so called estates in nigeria is delapidated roads and waste litters the street.
The roads are good because the people of the estate contributed money to fix it without excuses. Govt has not stopped them. Other streets in Owerri need to follow suit.
Thanks for showing us the estate. It was refreshing to follow you all through.l noticed like most estates in the region that there were no sidewalks, outdoor gyms nor jogging paths. This is quite scary to see that even the rich and affluents also ignore or neglect such vital aspects of their livelihood and wellbeing. We die too young in Nigeria mostly because of heart related diseases and the health benefits of physical exercises should be our utmost priority. Beautiful houses all in all. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to watching more about Owerri.
Please dear, is this the best estate in Owerri and Imo state? And if indeed it is, could you please show us videos of the second and third best estates in Owerri and by extension Imo state.
