Achillobator combat - Path of Titans (it do be a lil op) 

I mean tbh large carnivores werent really op as long as you had multiple mid tiers or even small tiers, I main rex and have died a ton of times to a couple of allos or even a pachy group lol.

Grouping against an apex as smaller faster dinos is literally one of the easiest parts of this game lol lagging around and waiting for it to turn to your teammate and getting a hit in is braindead af and bad pvpers like you are part of the problem

Nah there's no smaller prey that's a problem for a good achillo. Cera is the only decent match up 1v1 and most of the time you can just time a jump check and get right behind them

@@Sidecharacter63547 You'd have to play a really good Achillo, I see too many Cera consume these guys like candy while observing from the skies, especially in community servers.

I think cruel swipe needs a cooldown similar to dasps pierce bite and also needs a slight damage nerf lol, I havent tried it myself yet but from what Ive heard a good achillo can solo a rex using that attack quite easily as long as it doesn’t get hit, which is also quite easy unless the rex is just really, REALLY good.

Er, no need nerf. Buff everything, no nerfs.

Cruel swipes is good but the 8 hit thing only matters if ur good enough to get the hits. However the move does so little damage to mid tiers or smaller things I switched off of it to have a better all around attack. When hunting Apexes or even Suchos cruel swipe is extremely good. I prefer consistency more so I recently stopped using it as I was doing no damage to smaller creatures

@@qwertzuio9979from my experience it can go both ways quite easily, pycno cant do much in a facetank and achillo does a lot of damage so if they pycno misses most of its charges which is possible the achillo can most likely beat it, that is if the pycno decides to fight or simply runs out of stam. Ive not tried it purely on a survival server yet lol but I did try with pycno on deathmatch so this is mostly just by assumption 🤣

I killed 2 achillo on my sty a few days ago, it was really close I had ai believe 10% health left. But I won. It depends on the player imo.

It is op and needs nerfing for sure

@ChrisSmith-rd6dm no it don't rexes and other apexes can more or less 1 hit the achillo with a bite or a stomp, it's a about time we got a good big raptor

Achillobator is meant to be a tank buster that goes so hard in the tank busting area that the smaller guys unironically could tank against him better than the dedicated tanks.

raptor strikes is a lot more niche and honestly brain dead. Forces you to facetank and spam. Hit and run however is a way more effective strategy, so either claw and regular bite to combo it into is the better pick imo

I used claw attack in this video I like it better than cruel swipe, since it can be used against smaller things too

Any but the + bleed one. Achi's only attack that does bleed is the kick. And the kick is ass; barely any bleed and almost no damage

It’s not really op the person playing is good. Achillo have a few counters, wit smaller raptors or megs being problematic to deal wit. Anything smaller has a better chance than a bigger dino
