अम्लपित्त के लिए घरेलू उपाय:
- तीक्ष्ण और खट्टे खाद्य पदार्थों से परहेज
- जौ, गेहूं, मूंग दाल, लाजा (मुरमुरे), उबाला और ठंडा किया हुआ जल
- मिश्री, परवल की सब्जी, आंवला, मीठा अनार, घी और ताजा मक्खन का सेवन
पारंपरिक घरेलू उपाय:
- धनिया पंजीरी
- सौंफ को दूध में उबाल कर, मिश्री मिलाकर सेवन
- डोडा इलायची का प्रयोग
- गुलकंद और आंवला कैंडी का सेवन
