I have been in dubai for the last 3 and half years and from 2018 on my face pimples starting still now it's running i took 6 month medicine by Dr in 2019 but after stop using medicine again I have pimples and my pimple painful and big Please guide what should I do for these i tried off from pimples
Get up early n also go to bed early Do walk n exercise...try to sweat.All ur toxins will flush out...n after washing ur face apply alum for 30 40 seconds only...give it a try. Freeze ice in a 600ml bottle n do massage sought of with this bottle in upward strokes for 5 minutes on face 2 times a day Eat cucumbers carrot beet melons n follow healthy diet.
