Aluminum composite panels (ACP) scrap, also called aluminum cladding materials, can repeatedly be recycled without decreasing their value or diminishing their physical properties. The process involves a few but essential steps and requires machines to meet the recycling procedure. The method of aluminum composite panels recycling working as follows:
1. Pre-shredding:The first step of recycling is cutting the ACP panels into smaller pieces (If the panels are not very large, this step is not necessary)
2. Crushing:This step is for making the shredded ACP panels into much smaller particles
3. Grinding: It is essential to grind these tiny particles into powder by utilizing special grinding machines to make them easy to separate.
4. Air separation: This step can separate most part of the aluminum and the poly core materials.
5. Electrostatic Separation: This step is for further separation. According to the different conductivities between the core and aluminum, the electrostatic separator can easily divide the core material from the aluminum composite materials.
This video clearly shows the above five steps, if you are interested in recycling aluminum composite panels, welcome to inquire for details.
