This is my submission for the Piobaireachd competition at Atlantic Canada Piobaireachd Challenge this year held virtually. It's been at least 19 years since I"ve played Macdougall's Gathering and was great to get it back into the rotation as I had forgotten how much of a masterpiece in composing this tune really is. I played this tune using a Chesney reed in my Gandy Chanter
