Yeah, John wasn't a musician, he was a musical genius but never a musician. The pianist has a great imagination, possibly George Martin, maybe Paul on a good day, or even Billy. @@liaghetta
Personally, I don't feel it works on piano. It's a cosmic song about drifting through space and time. The acoustic version works better and the World Wildlife recording is my personal favourite. John's vocal on the Let It Be version is slightly out of key because Phil Spector slowed the original recording down so he could add his wall-of-sound strings.
@@barbatkinson7347 The glitches in the piano are typical for transposing and maybe also speed change. Chunky sound. Amazing anyway. One could isolate the music and ask jazzam.
Great version! I always thought it was more of a piano song than a guitar song anyway. Still, I kinda miss the choir and the Wawa guitar a bit, but over all an excellent version 👌.
Limitless, undying love that shines around me like a million suns... sounds nice. Thanks John. Hope you can feel it because that is what we have for you.
@@grouchomarxist666 How do you know it's not John playing the piano? you don't, you don't think that John could learn to play this piano version? He knows what he want's in his songs (music) so he is talent enough to put this song on piano!
The same way I know that Dickens isn't Shakespeare. The style and technique are very different. Lennon could hammer out chords, but there's a reason he employed Nicky Hopkins on Imagine, et. al. The playing on "I'm Down" is very different than the playing here. @@raulmexb
Lennon is the GOAT of songwriting......often writing music he couldnt even play. PURE GENIUS!!!! That said he was a veryyyyy underrated musician and a great rythym guitarist. Im sure this is something he could easily play!
Hermosa como papelitos en el universo,te hace emociones universales, una melodía al espíritu de libertad ,como papelitos en el universo, genial John Lennon ❤
Who plays piano, it's definitely not John, sounds like Paul...or George Martin? Or just a great piano player and vocals superimposed? Would love to know. Brilliant song.
Geoff Emerick, who was the engineer of The Beatles, praised this song! I listened to the piano version for the first time. Awesome!!
TRANSLATION for English-A song that shocked Geoff Emerick. But John couldn't sing it the way he wanted, so he gave it to someone else, and then it was left alone until Phil Spector wrote it. Jeff says the original version is the best? But I think this piano version is also good! !
This is definitely not John on piano. He was never that technically good, so I’ll be curious to know who’s playing piano on this, and if this is actually real or has it been produced by artificial intelligence.
