Agree. And I think the company should produce another products. Make something else from acrylic that cost less, easy to produce and sell a lot.

​@@김동기-h1k 대표님, 단순히 시간을 많이쓴다고해서 품질이 높아지는것은 아니라고 생각합니다. 샘플제작도 아니고 (사이즈가)주문제작도 아니신데 저렇게 고정하는 틀도 매번 클램프로 세팅하고 하나하나 수평계로 맞추는건 너무 비효율적인것이 맞습니다. 기계화, 자동화에 대한 투자가 어려우시다면 최소한 틀이라도 규격사이즈에 맞춰서 고정해두실수도 있을것이고, 진짜 최소한 쟁반 4개정도는 위에 상판 하나를 올리고 클램프로 집으면서 수평계로 맞추면 해당 작업이 4배는 빨라질것으로 보이는데요, 그렇게한다고해서 제품품질이 낮아지는것도 아니고 고정되어있으니 오히려 훨씬 밴딩각도 일관되게 나오는 더 고품질이 나올것이라고 보입니다. 단순히 시간을 많이쓰면 고품질이다? 그건 너무 안일하신 생각인것같아 지나가다가 댓글 남기고 갑니다.

A jig would solve the manual leveling.

Each tray costs about 15.5 dollars... And 20 plus given the inflation... I looked it up. While keeping that in consideration the trays are first of all "aclyric plastic" trays.... I dont get why they are bieng lebelled as special they are not glass or plated metal.. Then they are packeged like its an Iphone and 1 per box.....yo thaths a waste.... All the money is for the unofficial starbucks logo. These trays are seriously heavily priced... Its b.s.. I dont get what is so "specialized" about this factory. Anyone with a pc software and a cnc laser and 2 neurons can pull this off. Im not hating much but im angry at the pricetag.

Yep. At first I was wondering why the whole process was very sloooow, so inefficient, and doesn't seem industrial, then I saw they put STARBUCKS logo on it. Got it. Of course an overpriced coffee would need an overpriced tray! What were I thinking.

​​@@ゲリン i work with acrylic in torino and that Is how every single Company operates around here. This Is a small shop with small production number so the argument you are making is completely unrelated as not every factory Is owned by a big Company, do you think there Is still someone mass producing plastic stuff in Europe and Japan? It costs so little to do It in china that it makes no sense for smaller companies and the kind of automation you are suggesting is used in plants that only make one item. Also the 0.4 cm acrylic retail price Is 30€ for a Square meter. Supposing that piece of acrilyc Is 40x20 cm you have 0,8 m2 so about 10 euros of material, a worker that worked a full hour (obviously divided by the amount of trays he made with that batch), the cost of upkeeping the machinery and making the custom design for the customer... How are you gonna sell that for less than 20€ and make a profit? If you want to buy cheaply mass produced items from china its ok, but dont bring down small local businnesess like that, they seem like good people

Yes insane... Most of the process could be done on single laser machine. Cutting and heating for bending. Also they could cut simple die from plywood and shape these trays faster. Looks like single batches by 20-30pcs not mass production.

Yeah. I saw etched engravings so small batch custom batches may be their thing. So much of the process would be done faster and better with machines@@artcraft2893
