Hi Dimitri! I'd like to ask whether 10 or 20 MOA pic rails are irrelevant for scopes with the ACSS reticle. Seems to me that there's not much point in canted rails when the point of this reticle is adjust for the bullet drop without altering the turrets. Am I right in thinking this?
If you will only be holding and not adjusting the turrets then a canted rail isn't needed. If you will need to dial for extended distances than it can be a benefit depending on your setup.
I just purchased this scope but I’m having trouble finding a sunshade that would fit. Any recommendations since the Primary Arms 4-16x Sun Shade (PA4-16SS) is no longer available on your website or would any 44mm sunshade would fit?
Question, how well will the bdc work on the opmod 4-14 hud dmr 308 reticle with a Swiss k31 firing gp11 ammo? 174grn @ 2560 fps. I'm primarily concerned with holdover points.
This depends, on how far you want to shoot. What features are important, like exposed turrets, illumination, etc. Then you can determine a zoom range and narrow your choices down.
